Yes, all we require is a 50% deposit to start the process. You will not be required to place another payment until the site is completed and ready to go live. Depending on the project, we also offer a payment plan where your balance can be separated into 3 payments, please contact a representative to see if this option is available for you. We offer these payment plans for more flexibility to make your payments. These payment options are only for websites that are $399 or more, some restrictions may apply.
- Where are you guys located?
We have offices all over the country. Our main headquarters is located in Nagpur, India; we assist clients across the country.
- How big is your company?
Currently we have over 23 employees including graphic designers, web designers, SEO specialists, Flash experts, and project managers. Our team has over 100 years of combined experience in web and graphic design.
- What kind of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Master Card, Visa, and American Express among many others through our unique safe and secure state of the art payment link! We can also accept PayPal.

Yes, we can design sites to make it look and function like any website you so choose. We have sections on our questionnaire that specifically asks you to tell us the sites that you like and dislike so we can design this for you accordingly.

- Do you guys have a limit as to what you can actually design for me?
The answer to that question is a big NO! We can develop any type of site with the most advance functionalities created. We create anything from social networking sites similar to Facebook or MySpace, to large business enterprise sites that will require complete automation for customer service. Websites like these require many hours of programming and can be pretty expensive.

- I want to get started, how does this process work in starting or redesigning my own web site?
It is simple; all you have to do is call or email us to request a questionnaire. First, we would email you a questionnaire that asks you specific questions about how you want your website designed. This questionnaire is designed to help our programmers and designers to give you an accurate price quote, and it also helps them to know exactly what you are looking for on how you would like your website designed.
- After I submit my questionnaire, will I be able to have any creative input on my site?
Absolutely! Once you fill out the questionnaire, this will allow our design team to create a few "mock ups" of how your home page would look like within a few days! After you receive them feel free to add in your input on colors, layout, presentation, etc. and we will work with you to create your own unique site however you see fit.
- What is the next step after we decide on a final approval on my homepage?
After we come to an agreement on the creative concept, you can leave the rest to us! We will then start designing the other pages once the concept is approved. After that, we will start programming the rest of the site.
- Once my site is in production, when will I hear from you again?
Once we start working on your site, you will then start receiving daily/weekly updates on the progress of your website. Our project managers are always sure to keep in contact with you if you have any questions or adjustments that you would like to make until the site is completed.
- Ok Once I submit all of my information for my site, is there anything else that I need to do?
Nope, we only require for you to provide us with the content. You can also provide us pictures if you feel the need to, but keep in mind that we have over 100,000 stock photos that we can implement on your site as well. Once you submit your domain information, we will be able to handle the process when registering your site - including your domain name, host information, etc.
- How long does it take to complete a website?
It all depends; this can range between 1 and 5 weeks or more, depending on the complexity of the website. We agree to work expeditiously to complete the Web Design, but we cannot control the delays that can possibly occur for anything that requires your action, such as providing content, approving sample mock ups, or any other adjustments. If we receive all of your information that is required, we will deliver your site on schedule. For jobs that need to be done faster than normal, we offer an express service for an additional fee to put your web design as first priority.
- Does your company use templates to create these sites?
No, all of our websites that we create are completely designed from the ground up. The finished product is a unique one of a kind design with your own unique touch. We do not use any templates.
- Are there any additional fees to maintain the site after it's completed?
There is a fee for hosting your web site. However, we do not charge for hosting for the first 6 months. After that we only charge $10 a month for hosting services.
- Where are you guys located? Do you have offices in my city?
We have offices all over the country and internationally. Our location does not affect the way we service our clients. We have clients all over India, U.S., Australia, We communicate via phone, fax, email, and instant message. We find this way of communication to be more efficient and faster as web designers. All transactions are done electronically. We try to save as much time as possible for our clients. We also have representatives that will work after hours for all time zones so our customers from all over the country can call us.
- I don't know where to begin on creating my logo for my website; can you create one for me?
Of course, we also have an array of graphic designers that have been creating logos for years. We can create one for you for as low as $100.00.
- We need to bring more traffic our website; can you guys assist us with marketing?
Yes, we have a Search Engine Optimization team with years of experience to help bring more traffic to your website. We can help your website rank ahead of your competition on Google, yahoo, MSN and among other popular search engines. We charge at affordable monthly rates for this service, please contact a representative for more details.
- What are your Business Hours?
You can email or fax us anytime! Our normal hours of operation are 10:00AM to 9:00PM (IST) Mon-Fri and we have customer service representatives available Sat-Sun 10:00am-6pm. (IST)
- I'm not part of a big corporation, do you design sites for individuals who want a web presence?
Yes we design sites for everyone! We have clients that range from large corporations to clients who just like websites that are fun and unique for their own personal satisfaction.
- Some of your prices for your quality work are too good to be true, are there any hidden fees?
When we submit a proposal, we do not hide any fees. We will break down in detail the costs and length of the project. We put out all of the information for our clients to see. We are proud to be so affordable for our clients.
- Turn Around Time.
We can only work as fast as client allows us; turnaround time is client dependent. If contents are provided sooner, initial and ongoing instructions are clear, revisions requested are reasonable; turnaround time is usually very less. On the other hand it could drastically increase due to client in-actions, delayed mockup approvals; back and forth change requests etc. 95% of our customers have not bought our express service and still have experienced a great turnaround time. The turnaround times that we give are based on actual statistics of jobs we have done in the past and are NOT guaranteed.
- I find you have a Money Back Guarantee. How does your Refund Policy work?
We provide high quality, professional service to all of our clients. However if you're not satisfied with your new website, we offer a refund guarantee of up to 100% of the advance paid.
Our refund policy works as below:
- 100% Refund if requested within 15 calendar days from date of order, and
- We determine, we cannot do your site because of technology limitations. or
- We should not do your site because of our inability to meet your expectations or
- We refuse to do your website because of prohibited content.
Refund Restrictions:
- Refund Policy applicable to all purchases made on or after February 1,2010 only.
- Refund not applicable if three or more layouts are presented.
- Refund not applicable on domain registration fees.
